1. Website Owner and Agreement
This website is owned and operated by WoofBiz. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website. If you are under this age, you may only use the website with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Commercial Terms
When purchasing an item, you agree to read the full item listing before committing to buy. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the checkout payment process.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Products labeled as "as-is" or in "varying, imperfect condition" are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
For all other products, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for return, products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, and receipt included. All approved returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request for any reason, including but not limited to: products returned without original packaging, products showing signs of use or damage, products altered or modified after purchase, or incomplete return submissions.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 1-14 days to process after the return is received and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipment
Once an order is placed, cancellation requests are subject to approval at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations for any reason. If a cancellation is approved, a $50 restocking fee applies.
If your order has not shipped within the stated lead time, you may request a status update. Refunds for delays are not automatic and are granted at our discretion.
7. Production & Shipping Timeline
Most products are handmade to order with a standard lead time of 3-6 weeks from order confirmation to shipment. Custom orders may require additional time beyond this estimate.
Lead times are estimates and not guarantees. Production may occasionally take longer due to material availability, order volume, or customization complexity. We will communicate any significant delays.

8. Warranties
Warranties are available for purchase at an additional fee. Details regarding the specific warranty terms will be provided at the time of purchase.
9. Retention of Right to Change Offering
We reserve the right to change our services and products offered on the website at any time without prior notice.

All content, materials, and products on this website are the exclusive property of WoofBiz. Users do not have rights to use this content without express permission.
